WebSiphon is a world wide web application server and software development tool used to create dynamic, data-driven web sites. WebSiphon combines the proprietary SiphonScript scripting language with connectivity to several databases, including MySQL, FileMaker, and ODBC-compliant databases, as well as its own integrated flat file database, called Verona. WebSiphon features functionality found in scripting-based CGI applications. A developer can embed SiphonScript in HTML documents or execute a function in a stand-alone SiphonScript package.
